The Honorable Judy Titsworth
Mayor, City of Holmes Beach

Mayor Titsworth was elected as Mayor for a two-year term beginning November 2018. She was originally elected as City Commissioner in November 2012 for a two-year term expiring November 2014 and again in 2016 and 2018.

Mayor Titsworth was elected by the Commission to serve as Vice-Chair/Deputy Mayor 2012-2013. In 2013, she was elected to serve as Commission Chair, a position she continued to fill through November 2018.

Mayor Titsworth attended the University of Alaska and Manatee Community College majoring in business. She has spent the last 30+ years in the construction and development industry.

Community involvement includes serving as a Wildlife Rehabilitator for over 30 years. Mayor Titsworth also enjoys the outdoors – fishing, scuba diving, boating, and is also an artist.

While serving as Commissioner, Mayor Titsworth served as the Roads, Bridges, Canals, and Erosion Liaison; Buildings and Grounds; and the Code Enforcement Liaison for the City. She also served as alternate for the Manatee County Emergency Operations Center. Mayor Titsworth and her husband Steve have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
