The Honorable Evelyn A. Wilson
Mayor, City of Groveland

In 2018, Evelyn A. Wilson was sworn in as mayor of the City of Groveland. In November of 2020, Mayor Wilson was sworn in for a 2nd term as mayor. Since 2007, she has been broadly involved in the city. She has intermittently held the office of council member for District 4 since 2009.

Mayor Wilson moved to Florida from New Jersey in 1976. She and her husband, Glen, made Groveland their home in 2006.

She has taken an extremely active role within the city, interacting with the residents on a daily basis. She makes herself always available for her constituents when anyone reaches out to her.
